Everything a teacher's day scan depends on — the gate QR, the school coordinates and the lateness cutoff. A change applies from the next scan. Classroom door codes now live in Classroom → Live Class Settings.
Gate QR Code
Printed once for the gate or compound. Rotate it whenever the printed copy is replaced.
Teachers scan this at the gate to sign in; a second scan when leaving signs them out.
Generate a token to preview the gate QR.

School GPS Location
The pin a gate scan must fall within 10 metres of.
Stand at the centre of the gate or compound, tap “Use My Location”, then save.
Lateness Cutoff Time
Any scan after this time is flagged late on the record.
Judged on Africa/Lagos time, for gate and door scans alike.
How a scan is judged
Three checks run before anything is written to the record.

Location Gate scans must sit within 10 m of the school pin; door scans within that room's own radius.

Token The QR must carry the current token for that gate or room, so a rotated or copied code is refused.

Timing Present before the cutoff, late after it; a door scan outside the lesson window is logged as off-schedule.
